We have our own in-house Warping and Sizing Unit in order to ensure the quality of our products from the very beginning.
We have an in-house composite textile weaving unit comprising Power, Auto, Sulzer and Air Jet Looms to produce best quality greige fabric to comply with all kind of customer requirements.
As it is important both for the durability and appearance of products, our stitching unit is well equipped with latest stitching machines. Our QA Inspectors ensure the quality and specification at every step of the production. Each and every piece is checked by our table staff. Thus we take utmost care to maintain quality of our products in a clean and healthy environment.
We strongly believe in delivering reliable and premier quality products. We have state of the art testing laboratories equipped with the latest technology and are staffed with highly qualified and experienced technicians enabling us to meet the international standards of quality as well as customers' requirements. From the testing of the raw material up to the assessment of the final products viz, Yarn, Grey Fabric, Processed Fabric and Made-ups are complied under the international quality control procedures. The visual inspection of grey and finished fabric is conducted according to 4 point (Demerit Point) system. Our quality control procedures are on the guidelines of ISO 9000 and OEKO TEX standards. We are well equipped to verify and control at every phase of the production.
Umair Ahsan Textiles shows significant concern and sensitivity towards environmental issues by using the most advanced Waste Water Treatment Plant and non hazardous chemicals. Our environmental safety system makes sure that all dyes and chemicals used in the production process must not contain any harmful substance. This plant process is to abolish all poisonous chemicals from the waste water and removal of biological sludge. Before drain of this waste water into city drainage we make certain that water is now according to environmental quality standards. For these efforts, Umair Ahsan Textiles has been certificated with Oeko-Tex Standard 100.
